This year, we are going to try out Au Bec Sucre which translates to The Sugar Kiss (isn't that cute?).  It's a traditional rustic sugar shack located in the village of Valcourt about 30 minutes from the chalets.

Torchlights Walk

Discover the magic of a winter wonderland by taking a torchlight night walk - an unforgettable way to explore the beauty of the snowy landscape. 

The Marais de la Rivière-aux-Cerises hosts dog and family-friendly night walks illuminated by hundreds of torches on February 24, 25, and March 2, 3, and 4.

Snow Scooter

A dog and family-friendly activity, this Scandinavian tradition is quickly becoming a favorite in Quebec. 

You can rent all the necessary equipment at Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook and hit their 4.5 km of snow scootering trails right away because no prior experience or training is needed.

Pet and Feed Alpacas

Alpacas Sutton has approximately 40 alpacas ready to be petted, loved, and fed from your hand. 

Petting alpacas is proven to be a leading method of significantly reducing your stress (case study of 1 and it’s me). Yeah, you just must go.

Afterwards, visit the super cute boutique where you can get some products made from local alpacas and alpacas from afar!

Ice Skating

Glide across the ice and create unforgettable memories with family and friends - ice skating is a classic winter activity that never goes out of style. 

The most unique and beautiful ice skating in the region is the path along the shore of Lake Memphremagog. After skating, warm yourself up at one of the cafes or restaurants just a few steps away in downtown Magog.

But while we are partial to our local ice skating path, Tourisme Canton's de l'Est has done a great job of compiling all the options!

D-Vert Indoor Climbing Gym

Snow or shine, this indoor climbing gym in Magog is the perfect place for family fun - climb your way through various exciting obstacles.

Or if you need to take a moment away for yourself, D-Vert also offers an array of yoga classes and afterwards you can treat yourself to a coffee, smoothie, fresh juice and snack at the cafe.

Fat Biking

Get your heart pumping and explore the winter wilderness on a fat bike - a fun and exciting way to stay active during the colder months. 

Park National Mont Orford, has over 25 km of trails and is only 2.5 km from the chalets (you can also rent bikes there!).

Take skiing to the next level alpine touring- a thrilling activity that combines skiing and mountaineering, allowing you to explore the beauty of the mountains in a new and exciting way. 

Mont Orford offers daily passes alpine touring. 

Don’t have the equipment, no problem you can rent from either Vélo-Café Endurance Aventure or Pied Sportif, both located close to the chalets.
